" I would like to thank Mr. Chris D'Arcy, your parts director, for the OUTSTANDING service in my time of need. My family and I have attended the HOG rally two weeks ago and my bike, which in the 5+ years I had my FatBoy, I NEVER had a problem.... Until it was time to go home after the rally. And a BAD thunderstorm was about to roll through, my bike would no start. We already checked out of the hotel and was ready to rumble home until I tried to start my bike. Remembering where the nearest HD store was from the poker run was, I went into the wife's van and went for a battery and later, spark plug cables.
When I arrived at your store, it looked pretty dark (Both inside the store AND the skies). It was around 10:15 and the door read that you didn't onen Sundays till 11:00. As I was getting nervious and as I was gioing back to the van I saw a gentleman walking towards the store. I intoduced myself and asked "IF I bought a new battery would it be charged already"? Mr. D'Arcy intoduced himself and said "Yes sir, What's the problem"? I explained and he said come inside and lets get you rolling before the storm hits. As we were walking towards the store, he Explained his LONG jounery that has just ended from Las Vagas to here. I said to Chris, You should relax and let the store open first (In around 45 Minutes). He said "I'll have time, we HAVE to get you home". He asked where we were staying and said "I have no tech's on today but We'll find the problem. Any questions you call me (From his card)!!
Well, my family and I appreciated that more then ANYTHING you can imagane. I had a $25,000+ bike at a hotel that would not run on a Sunday in a strange town (To me) and a wife and two children wanting to get home worring about our bike and the up comming storm about to hit.
So, thanks to Mr. Chris D'Arcy, We made it home safely with our bike and JUST before the storm hit. This is a story I will tell EVERYONE I know and meet and it reinsures me that once your part of the Harley Davidson family, you always a part and always have friends EVERYWHERE!!!!

Montco was the only one where someone actually asked what I was looking for and offered some suggestions. Each bike shown to me (new and used) was explained in full detail-with comparisons to other models. Many models were suggested, but never pushed, and then I was left a lone to decide, all while eating a free Lunch! Jackie was who lady showed me the bikes, and Greg was who finalized the deal. I found out later she is the owner! Everyone at the dealership was 5-Star!!! If want to look, help deciding with no pressure, and an absolutely great Harley experience, go to MontcoHD!!
